Well, finally I pick up the keyboard to write my first blog entry. Bear with me as I am new to this, so still learning how to make it fancy! Currently I have my daughter asleep on my lap,so typing is one handed!

There is so  much going on in the next few weeks in the run up to Christmas, its so exciting!

Firstly, tomorrow we are at The Old Nus Head pub, in Nunhead, for their regular pop-up emporium.
There will twenty of us traders offering unique & diverse products. Come along for some super bargains & early Christmas pressies. These pop-up emporiums happen every month (the next one is 10th December) and are full of lovely people selling lovely things. Handmade soaps, jewellery, art work, vintage clothing - all perfect for the start of your Christmas shopping!

Next week, I am at the Christmas Fair being held at Colfes School on Saturday 12th. Very excited about that. Plenty of excuse to get making specifically gifty things as well as a few tree/window decorations.

I hear that there is a Ladies Night planned at E.D. Warehouse on the 17th November. Bubbles (fizzy wine!) and Beauty (treat yourself to a beauty treatment)  for £10 per person. Tickets are available at ED Warehouse, or can be booked by contacting Sharon
on 07538720529 or Sharon@bloomerslingerie.com or Kim on 07879682146 or Kimfleary@gmail.com During the event, you can peruse through all the lovely bits and bobs for sale - jewellery, vintage clothing, upcylced home decorations to name a few! I am hoping to make it, so if there are any pieces of jewellery that you are particularly interested in, or if you have something specific in mind, it'd be pleasure to talk to you.

Am finding that these events are a great way to meet new people, who are so talented. Its amazing to see what everyone else does. There are so many talented people creating so many beautiful things. And its so lovely to have an opportunity to meet you.

Now to post this....tweet it and hopefully learn how to make it look beautiful before the next one!
